How is the anatomy of female archetypes formed, and how exactly are each of them built? How is life and energy breathed into each state, and how is the physiology of each archetype formed? How do distortions occur, leading to us entering the shadow and draining the power of the archetype? How is each state strengthened, and what benefits does it bring us? How do we understand ourselves and our authenticity and manifest it in the world?

These are the negative manifestations that we usually don't even notice that we apply in our daily lives. These weaknesses repel people and at some point become defining for our perception as individuals. The reason for their existence is related to our experiences. It is possible to live in the shadows of archetypes due to a difficult childhood, addictions, emotional traumas, overly expressed archetypes, or rejection of some of the feminine states.
